How the planners work

Every planner has its own page that explains who it is for, what is inside, how to use it and how to print it. The PDFs are designed for US Letter paper with generous margins, and they print cleanly on A4 with the "Fit to page" option. Backgrounds are white, the text is dark and the writing spaces are generous, so they are comfortable to read and use little ink.

The downloads are free to print and use for your own business. Please link to the planner page if you would like to share one.

Which planner should I start with?

If you are not sure where to begin, start with the question you most need answered. To decide who you are speaking to, use the Customer Persona Template or the Competitor Analysis Worksheet. To clarify what you stand for, use the Brand Strategy Workbook. To plan what to do next, use the 30-Day Marketing Planner or the Social Media Content Planner. And to check how it is going, use the Monthly Business Review.

Need to run the numbers too?

Try our free business calculators: the Marketing ROI Calculator shows what a campaign returned, and the Break-Even Calculator shows how much you need to sell to cover your costs.
